Can I take the eye photos with my phone?+
Yes. After purchase, we email you our private eye-photography guide. Follow the guide and reply to that email with the requested eye photos. If any image is unsuitable, we will let you know before creation begins.
Do I need to visit a studio?+
No. The whole process is completed online. Choose a design, pay, reply to our instruction email with the photos and receive your finished files digitally.
When will I receive my artwork?+
We create orders within 24 hours on business days. Orders received during the weekend enter production on Monday.
What happens if a photo is not clear enough?+
We check every image before starting. If a photograph cannot produce a strong result, we ask you to retake it using our guidance.
Which files are included?+
Every order includes a high-resolution PNG for digital use and a print-ready PDF.
Can I request changes?+
Yes. Unlimited reasonable revisions are included until you approve the final artwork.
Can I print my iris artwork in different sizes and materials?+
Yes. Your approved artwork includes a high-resolution PNG and print-ready PDF, so you can arrange printing from small framed pieces to large wall art on paper, canvas, acrylic, metal and more. You can also print the artwork again later. Available sizes and materials depend on the print provider you choose.
