Personalised digital artwork

Each NUVA IRIS order is a personalised digital artwork created from customer-supplied eye photographs. Production begins after payment and suitable photographs are received. Reasonable revisions are included until approval. Because the product is personalised and digitally supplied, cancellations or refunds are not normally available once creative work begins, except where required by applicable law or where NUVA IRIS has made an error.

Creation time

Orders are created within 24 hours on business days after suitable eye photographs are received. Orders placed during weekends enter production on Monday.

Files

Each order includes a high-resolution PNG and print-ready PDF delivered electronically.
