Yes. Each personalised order is created from the eye photographs you send after purchase.
How do I know how to take the eye photos?
After successful payment, we email you our private eye-photography guide. Follow that guide and reply directly to the email with your photos.
How do I send my photos?
Simply reply to the instruction email after ordering and attach the original eye photos for the people included in your order.
Can I order custom iris art for a couple?
Yes. The Couple collection is designed specifically for two irises and includes a wide range of compositions.
Can you create family iris art?
Yes. There are dedicated collections for three, four, five and six irises.
How quickly will I receive the artwork?
Artwork is created within 24 hours on business days after suitable eye photos are received. Weekend orders enter production on Monday.
What files are included?
Your final package includes a high-resolution PNG and a print-ready PDF.
Can I request changes?
Yes. Reasonable revisions are included until you approve the final artwork.
