Is NUVA IRIS a physical print?+
The standard NUVA IRIS order is digital. You receive a high-resolution PNG and print-ready PDF, then choose where and how you want to print it.
How quickly is the artwork made?+
Once we have suitable eye photos, artwork is normally prepared within 24 hours on business days. We do not work weekends, and Christmas demand can be busier, so ordering with some buffer is always sensible.
Can I add names or a date?+
Yes. You can add names, a date or a short message to the artwork at no extra charge.
Do I need professional eye photos?+
No. A phone is enough. After purchase we email a private, simple guide showing how to take the eye photos we need.
Can different family members send their eye photos separately?+
Yes. The eye photos do not need to be taken together or in the same place. We simply need a suitable photo for each iris included in the design.
