Payments and service providers

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. NUVA IRIS does not store full payment-card details. Website, ecommerce, hosting, security and email providers may process limited information where necessary to provide their services.

Eye photographs

Eye photographs supplied for an order are used to create and support the personalised artwork requested by the customer. We do not publish customer photographs or finished customer artwork as marketing material without permission.

How long information is kept

Order information and customer-supplied files are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to fulfil the order, provide revisions or support, protect the service, and maintain records where necessary. Retention can vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is required.

Cookies and website data

The website and its ecommerce or security services may use necessary cookies and technical data to keep the site secure, remember preferences and operate checkout. Additional services may set their own cookies where they are enabled.
