Personalised digital artwork

Each NUVA IRIS order is a personalised digital artwork created from customer-supplied eye photographs. The artwork is created specifically for the customer and is supplied digitally; no physical item is shipped.

Ordering and production

After payment, we email our private eye-photography guide. Production begins after suitable eye photographs are received. Orders are normally created within 24 hours on business days; weekend orders enter production on Monday.

Digital delivery

The approved artwork is delivered electronically as a high-resolution PNG and print-ready PDF. Customers are responsible for saving their delivered files after receipt.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included until the customer approves the final artwork. Revision requests must relate to the purchased design and supplied eye photographs.

Cancellations, refunds and corrections

Because each order is personalised and digitally supplied, cancellations and refunds are not normally available once the creative process has begun, except where required by applicable law. If NUVA IRIS makes an error or the delivered files do not match the confirmed order, we will correct the issue.

Customer-supplied photographs

By sending photographs, the customer confirms that they have permission to provide those images for creation of the requested artwork. Supplied photographs are used to fulfil and support the personalised order.

Printing

Print-ready files are supplied so customers can arrange their own printing. Available sizes and materials depend on the chosen print provider. Colour and appearance may vary between screens, printers, papers and other print materials.
